Position: Remote Psychiatrist (MY)
Location: Remote (Consultations via video calls)
Compensation: Paid per consultation (see below for details)
About the Role: As a remote psychiatrist at Chengal Centre, you will have the flexibility to consult with patients remotely, diagnose mental health conditions, provide therapy, and prescribe medications as necessary. You’ll be in charge of your own schedule, while helping to make mental health care more accessible for those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct video consultations with patients to assess their mental health needs.
- Diagnose mental health conditions and provide treatment recommendations.
- Prescribe medications when appropriate.
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans as required.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid NSR status as a psychiatrist.
- Experience in providing remote mental health care is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with technology and video consultation platforms.
